Even High Volume Lots receive an additional 50% subsidy for all cubic yards in excess of the volume subsidized by St Joe County for all subscribers. Every leaf collection pass for every subscriber is digitally documented with pre & post service delivery pictures and onsite measurements by the drivers. Then, post season an unbiased third party analysis is performed to total all pass volume by address. The totals by address are loaded into a database that performs the algorithms to calculate subscription pricing by input address and zip codes.    

 

Last fall’s ReLeaf Program was such a roaring success the St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners decided to DOUBLE !!! the number of incredibly low priced Early Bird Subscriptions for County residents. Last year Early Bird subscriptions sold out virtually in 24 hours !

The Early Bird Subscription includes 100% of same Benefits and Features as the regular priced Program. The Board of Commissioners and County Council have Banned ALL Burning in St Joseph County and needed to provide an affordable and quality alternative for county residents.

The Board of Commissioners and County Council have subsidized subscription rates so that you can have an affordable and dependable service to collect your leaves this Fall. To encourage compliance with the Leaf Burn Ban, the County Council increased the fine structure for burning to up to $1,000.00 per occurrence per day beginning with initial citation.

Your Premium ReLeaf Program includes:  

• Fall Program Passes   – Up to 4 passes beginning 3rd Monday in Oct thru Dec 18th ***

• Spring Program Pass – Single Pass beginning 3rd Monday in May following the Fall Program

• Previous Subscribers have received a total of up to Six (6) Passes for the Specially Discounted Rate as weather permitted additional Bonus Passes !

Subscriptions are per resident address and sharing subscriptions is dishonest, illegal and Prohibited. Subscription sharing is cause for immediate subscription termination without refund and permanent exclusion from future programs. When subscriptions are terminated, violators will be charged for all volume in excess of county subsidy and collections pursued as required.

All subscribers agree to participate in our Guaranteed Collection System Program.
